Clomid is a selective oestrogen receptor modulator (SERM). A SERM comprising two isomers, enclomiphene and zuclomiphene, with differing half-lives and receptor behaviour. Raises gonadotropin output by blocking hypothalamic oestrogen feedback.

How it is supplied
Clomid is supplied as an oral tablet. Reported half-life: Mixed: the zuclomiphene isomer persists far longer than enclomiphene, which is why washout is prolonged. Storage: Cool, dry, dark.
